Can someone design me a wordpress layout?

Hey guys


Im looking for someone to custom design me a wordpress layout for my new blog which will go live soon hopefully.

Im willing to pay as long as the layout is to the standard I require. If you can do this... please let me know.


I require a certain type of layout and have a theme in my mind.. just need it implemented.. I also need someone who can Draw well too.
